No refunds are applicable for free accounts as no payment is required.
3. Paid Subscriptions
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and offer a discount compared to monthly billing. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Going to your Account Settings
- Clicking on "Subscription" or "Billing"
- Selecting "Cancel Subscription"
- Following the cancellation prompts
4.2 What Happens When You Cancel
- You will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after your current period ends
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan
- All your content and data will be preserved
4.3 No Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or years. When you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of your paid period.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

11.2 Service Interruptions
In the event of extended service outages or interruptions, we may provide service credits or partial refunds to affected users.

If you received an educational or non-profit discount:

- Refunds will be for the discounted amount paid
